I spent 25 bucks for the taxi trip to work today.Imagine!! 25 bucks instead of the usual 14 or 15. I feel like dying~ Really... Just looking at the meter tick away and knowing the fact that I will be even earlier if I had taken the MRT doesn't help...AT ALL.
And then, I heard the most absurd thing (maybe no, but I was irritated then), that the radio was reporting on the traffic status and it went something like this "There is a huge volume of traffic all the way from Tampines flyover to Paya Lebar. And the jam is caused by cars slowing down to take a look at the accident that had happened along blah blah blah." Then I was like thinking,"Huh?!?!? Is this for real??? You mean there are people who are so free??!?? Why so kpo?!?!" Then, I felt more irritated coz the taxi was jerking due to the slow traffic and I felt nauseous and giddy. Not to say when I finally managed to exit from Paya Lebar, and the stupid CTE was jammed AGAIN....I nearly fainted.
Now, I tell myself, I must really wake up early and NOT NOT to take taxi to work AGAIN!!! I think my taxi expenses must have exhausted about 50% of my salary and I'm serious! Now everybody at work knows I'm the Girl-who-always-take-taxi-to-work or girl-who's-always-late or girl-who-sleeps-alot or .......... No, that's not the point. Point is, I must really stop taking taxi to work. I mean, I can really use the money spent taking taxis to buy a nice top (maybe two), a nice pair of shoes, a nice bag, nice earrings, blah blah.... I must have really given the taxi economy a boost. They must give me VIP card or something. -_-
Anyway, point noted. I shall go sleep early and wake up early tomorrow. Then take the MRT and read a nice book. Funny, isn't that what I thought yesterday? -__-
Roller shoes are irritating. I live in constant fear of being run down by freaking kids in their freaking roller shoes.
-_- I mean, if you want to roll, get roller blades, if you want to walk, get normal shoes! Why spend money to buy the stupid roller thingy?!
