A Day at Toa Payoh
// Listening to: Gwen Stefani - Hollaback Girl

Last Saturday, we were too bored with places like Orchard, Suntec and Bugis, so we decided to take a walk around Toa Payoh. Not that we are suaku people who've never been to Toa Payoh, we are actually very busy people who've seldom have the time to go to Toa Payoh.

Being the suaku busy people we are, we didn't even know that "Fabric of the Nation" was showcased at the HDB Hub. We began snapping pictures....

Pardon my poor resolution and badly aligned photos, I'm afterall, not a pro-photographer.

On a sidenote, I can DIE uploading pictures via Blogger. It's so bloody slow can?!

Ok, back to the topic. We were at Toa Payoh and we passed by this group of aunties line-dancing.

Mai siao siao! These aunties can really swivel and dance to the music man! I think I can go bury my head in shame. I was telling my friends, "Ok, next time I become auntie, I can also join CC and learn line-dancing ah....Maybe I can also dance like that mah..."

Anyway, we realised that there's actually nothing much to do in Toa Payoh, so we ended up in Orchard sipping my Latte all the same.

I can't believe how utterly broke the three of us were that day! We were basically living on the edge!

I can't wait for tomorrow to arrive. My bills and debts are piling. My savings has almost become non-existent. Shit!
