Emo...

Did you ever notice that there is always that particular line in that certain song that always stands out in that certain way? and reminds you of that one person you can’t forget.

It may not be that one song. It may be a few songs. Songs that were in a certain era and bring back memories. Happy or sad.

Today, I'm hooked on one song. A song without lyrics in fact. A song I've never heard and should never bring me any memories so to speak.

But then, somehow, I turned emo. Emo must be something I picked up from someone.

Holding people away from you, and denying yourself love, that doesn’t make you strong. If anything - it makes you weaker. Because you’re doing it out of fear. You have to take chances. You have to know when to let go and know when to hold on with everything you’ve got, and that’s what makes us who we are. Taking risks - that’s living, being too scared even to try; that’s just a waste. We all make alot of mistakes, but we shouldn’t regret things. Because at least we didn’t spend a life standing outside, wondering what living would be like.

Told you I was emo.
