Raffles Place and
Balestier Street are two different places.
"What is the address?"
"xx Raffles Place"
"And the street name?"
"The street name is Raffles Place..."
"I tell you, stop playing punk with me. NO! It is Raffles Place, Balestier Street! I'm gonna complain about you and you're going to get hung!"
"But Raffles Place and Balestier are two different places....Are you referring to..."
"Do you know what is stop making fun of me??? I said, it's Raffles Place, Balestier Street!"
